Shipping policy
a) Shipping Times
Orders usually ship within 5 business days of payment.
US standard delivery estimate: 1–4 business days after shipping.
Canada and listed international destinations: estimated delivery in 2–5 business days after shipping, plus possible customs delays.
b) Shipping Destinations
We ship to eligible addresses in the United States, Canada, and the following international destinations: Denmark, Finland, France, Iceland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, and United Kingdom.
Available shipping options depend on your delivery address and the items in your order. Checkout confirms availability before payment.
c) Shipping Rates
Eligible US orders of $100 USD or more after discounts receive free standard shipping only when the shipping weight is 10 lb or less. US orders with a shipping weight of more than 10 lb and up to 20 lb pay the listed weight-based shipping rate, regardless of order amount.
Paid standard shipping rates are listed below. The US rates up to 10 lb apply when the order does not qualify for free shipping. Canada and the international destinations listed above have paid weight-based tiers through 20 lb; there is no separate XL option.
In each table, the lower weight limit is exclusive and the upper weight limit is inclusive. For example, exactly 10 lb belongs to the band ending at 10 lb, not the band starting above 10 lb.

Weight-based rates apply per package. If your order ships in more than one package, checkout shows the combined shipping charge. Only options available for your address and package weight will be shown; the listed weight ranges do not guarantee shipping outside those ranges.
For orders with a shipping weight above 20 lb, contact support@supplemaxed.com before ordering to discuss shipping availability and charges.
Order Processing & Tracking
• Orders usually ship within 5 business days of payment.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
• Orders ship from the United States. Customers outside the US may be charged duties, taxes, tariffs or brokerage fees by their country's customs or the carrier. These fees are not included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
• If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier first.
• If the issue isn’t resolved, reach out to us at support@supplemaxed.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
